Principal Madden’s Weekly Update—Week of October 15

Photos this week show some of our great team work (milk delivery) here at school, some fabulous kindergarten drummers at recess, and hard-working second grade gardeners (you never know what you are going to find in the garden!). Also, we are very fortunate to have yoga every Friday for many of our classes. Ms. Beth, yoga instructor, is here because of a generous family donation. I have heard from many students how relaxing they find the yoga. It is certainly a positive and healthy life-long habit. The last photo shows two members of our Student Leadership Team announcing the birthdays for the upcoming week and playing a song for the whole school to hear. It is one of our fun Friday traditions here at school.
